Event Description:

Each year the Pro Bono Project hosts its Pro Bono Honor Society and Community Appreciation Event, and this year they are excited to partner with Smith Anderson for this event. At this event, they will start with a cocktail hour with an open bar and appetizers. Then, there will be a brief program: remarks from Dean Klein, overview of the pro bono projects and events for the year, thank you to the community partners and supervising attorneys, recognition of the 3L Smith Anderson Award for Exceptional Service, recognition of the current Pro Bono Honor Society student members, and then induction of new Pro Bono Honor Society student members.

Date and Location:

Friday, April 26th. 

Times:

Arrive between 4:30 and 5, depart no later than 8 pm (but very likely closer to 7 pm or earlier).

Responsibilities:

We would like to have Wake Law Ambassadors greeting guests outside the event venue (up to two in the front and two in the back of Wake Downtown), up to two greeting guests inside at the nametag table, up to two escorting guests up from the First Floor Lobby (where cocktail hour will be) to the Third Floor Auditorium (where the program will be), and up to two handing out programs outside the Third Floor Auditorium.
