THIS IS A PAST EVENT.
With the unfortunate increase in active shooter events, various law enfrocement agencies, including FBI and Department of Homeland Security, have taken steps to help educate the public on how to increase their chances for survival if faced with an active shooter event or any other type work place violence incident.
This effort can be accomplished through the RUN, HIDE, FIGHT Training. This class will provide you with critical guidance on how to recognize and survive an active shooter situation. Most people never expect to encounter such a situation but, as indicated by recent events on other college campuses, it has occurred and being prepared is key. This class stresses awareness, preparation, and rehearsal which are the keys to safety.
PLEASE NOTE: Registration is required for this event. Use the "Register" link on this page.
