  and Modern Rise of Islamophobia\, Anti-Semitism\, and Their Intersections
 ".\n\nProfessor Khaled A. Beydoun is an Associate Professor Law at the Ari
 zona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He joined ASU 
 in 2023\, and also serves as a Scholar-in-Residence at the Berkman Klein C
 enter at Harvard University.  Professor Beydoun is author of the criticall
 y acclaimed book American Islamophobia: Understanding the Roots and Rise o
 f Fear\, co-editor of Islamophobia and the Law – published by University
  of Cambridge Press\, and author of The New Crusades: Islamophobia and the
  Global War on Muslims.    \n\nProfessor Beydoun's research examines the F
 irst Amendment\, race\, national security\, and their intersections. His a
 cademic work has been featured in top academic journals\, including the UC
 LA Law Review\, Northwestern Law Review\, the California Law Review\, the 
 Minnesota Law Review\, the Harvard Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Re
 view\, and the Harvard Law Review Forum. His insights have been featured i
 n The New York Times\, the Washington Post\, CNN\, the BBC\, and ESPN. Pro
 fessor Beydoun served on the US Commission for Civil Rights for three year
 s and earned a coveted Open Society Foundations Equality Fellowship. He ha
 s been named one of the 500 Most Influential Muslims of the World\, and he
  received the Frederick Douglass Educator Award. In 2021\, Professor Beydo
 un was named “Extraordinary Professor” by the University of Western Ca
 pe in South Africa\, and he joined the Desmond Tutu Centre for Religion an
 d Social Justice as an honorary faculty member that very year. \n\nIn rece
 nt years\, he has emerged as a leading voice on Arab\, Middle Eastern and 
 Muslim identity on the Diversity\, Inclusion\, and Equity (DIE) space\, ho
 lding trainings at Fortune 100 companies including Apple\, Meta\, Nike\, G
 oogle\, and many more.  He is widely regarded as one of the leading expert
 s on Islamophobia globally.\n\nProfessor Beydoun in a native of Detroit\, 
 Michigan\, and holds degrees from the University of Michigan\, the Univers
