9/11 Climb to Remember Event

Wake Law Veterans Advocacy Legal Organization (VALOR) will be participating in the Winston-Salem 9/11 Climb to Remember Event, hosted by the Wake Forest Military Science Department (ROTC), and you are cordially invited to join us! Membership is not required.  

 

 

Every year, WFU's Military Science Department hosts a public event in remembrance of September 11, 2001. The Winston-Salem Community is invited to come out and participate in climbing 2,997 steps which represents the lives of families, friends and loved ones that were lost during the tragic attacks on 9/11. This is a significant event that attracts Wake students, veterans, and service members (Local Police, Firefighters, Military) along with local Civilian Patriots. It is a great opportunity to show remembrance and comradery and get some exercise at the same time!
