The Wake Forest University Music Department invites you to the 45th Annual Giles-Harris Music Competitions at Brendle Recital Hall in Scales Fine Arts Center on February 19th. 

Beginning with a generous donation from Paul Sinal (’67, JD ’75), these Competitions are supported through the continued generosity of donors and alumni, allowing the Music Department to offer prizes for winning students featured in the competitions.

The Piano Competition will begin at 10:00 am. The Open Competition will begin at 1:00 pm. An awards ceremony will follow at 4:00 pm. This event is free and open to the public.

Masks are required indoors, regardless of vaccination status. All visiting patrons must show proof of COVID vaccination and booster, or a negative PCR, or negative rapid antigen test. Negative PCR, or negative rapid antigen results must be within 48 hours of the time of this event.
