2020 Fall/Winter Faculty/Staff Computer Exchange

For health and safety purposes, this year's computer exchange process has been modified to ensure a contactless experience. We will employ a curbside pickup process in the front (semi-circle) parking lot at the University Corporate Center at 1100 Reynolds Boulevard. You will have a 2-hour time slot to pick up your computer.
In order to initiate this process, in addition to registering below, you must also complete this form. (We cannot prepare your computer without the requested information in this form.)

Using CrashPlan, Information Systems will transfer the data from your old computer onto the new computer. (This means your old computer will stop backing up the day before you are slated to receive your new computer.) If you prefer to handle the data transfer process yourself, you may indicate this preference after you click the Register Now button below.

When you arrive at the UCC on the day and time you've chosen to pick up your computer, please call 336.354.3454, provide your WFU ID number and the type of vehicle you are driving. An IS staff member will bring your new computer to you.
Please note, your former laptop may be turned in at a later date. Information Systems will follow up with details on when and how to return your former laptop.
