DESCRIPTION:For health and safety purposes\, this year's computer exchange 
 process has been modified to ensure a contactless experience. We will empl
 oy a curbside pickup process in the front (semi-circle) parking lot at the
  University Corporate Center at 1100 Reynolds Boulevard. You will have a 2
 -hour time slot to pick up your computer.\nIn order to initiate this proce
 ss\, in addition to registering below\, you must also complete this form. 
 (We cannot prepare your computer without the requested information in this
  form.)\n\nUsing CrashPlan\, Information Systems will transfer the data fr
 om your old computer onto the new computer. (This means your old computer 
 will stop backing up the day before you are slated to receive your new com
 puter.) If you prefer to handle the data transfer process yourself\, you m
 ay indicate this preference after you click the Register Now button below.
 \n\nWhen you arrive at the UCC on the day and time you've chosen to pick u
 p your computer\, please call 336.354.3454\, provide your WFU ID number an
 d the type of vehicle you are driving. An IS staff member will bring your 
 new computer to you.\nPlease note\, your former laptop may be turned in at
  a later date. Information Systems will follow up with details on when and
  how to return your former laptop.\n\nRegistration is required for this ev
 ent.
