Join Cindy Silver for an enlightening group session that will help you discover the flavors, textures, and great nutrition of fall veggies. Learn to roast, grill, stir fry, or puree fall veggies. Find out which ones make a delicious salad. Fun and interactive with lots of practical ideas, tasty sampling & recipes!

Note: Cindy Silver is a registered dietitian with BCBSNC. This class is part of a nutritional counseling benefit offered to faculty and staff on the Wake Forest medical plan. She will file a BCBSNC claim for your attendance to this class so please bring copy of your BCBSNC ID card with you to the session. This class is free for BCBSNC plan participants.
