Why Strategies Fail

The benefit of strategy is the act of thinking about your business-not the prediction it yields! So, what is strategic thinking and why do firms engage in it? How do firms overcome the four core fallacies of strategic thinking? This session presents case material and explores how firms earn higher rates of return than their rivals through competitive advantage gained by strategic thinking.

Join Dan Fogel, as he presents a set of concepts, perspectives and tools related to how firms define and make the most of these understandings and actions. Participants will receive an extensive list of resources to support strategic thinking Registration is required.

Event is free and open to current students, prospective students and alumni.
