THIS IS A PAST EVENT.
The training will explain in pragmatic terms how export controls effect fundamental research, restricted research, global research collaborations, international student and faculty exchanges, shipping commodities internationally, proprietary work for others, campus visitor protocols, and international travel for conference attendance and research.
In addition it will explain how our campus operational personnel (e.g. Procurement, IS, HR, Global Affairs, EH & S, Finance, Sponsored Programs, etc.) play a supporting role in export compliance, and how to proactively identify and address export sensitive transactions.
PLEASE NOTE: Registration is required for this event. Use the "Register" link on this page.
