Ever feel like you're a fraud, despite evidence to the contrary? At "Challenging Imposter Phenomenon," you will gain a better understanding about imposter phenomenon, build awareness about tools for reducing imposter phenomenon, and develop a personal strategy for tackling your imposter phenomenon hot buttons.
This workshop is part of the "Gender Equity at Work" professional development suite from the Women's Center. The suite seeks to 1.) builds participants' critical eye for recognizing how gender norms and expectations show up in the workplace and why it matters; and 2.) develops participants' skills to better advocate for themselves and others in ways that support women and promote gender equity at work.
This workshop is open to Wake Forest University faculty, staff, and graduate students. There are no prerequisites.
